Carbures counts with modern and excellent facilities for reaching the complete development of the value chain in manufacturing structures, as well as counting with an own R+D+I center adding knowledge and high technological level.

R+D+I CENTER

The R+D+I center has all the equipment necessary for the development of composites investigation projects, apart from its manufacturing center, counting with high qualified human team, engineers and technicians.

This center features the experience, due to its scale and complete structure of teams and facilities, for developing RTM, VARTM and HLU processes.

MANUFACTURING CENTER

Our manufacturing center is equipped with staff and facilities that faces Project from worldwide clients.

The human team is formed by CFRP qualified operators, engineers in Development Engineer area, quality and manufacture, all revised by the Operation and Process Direction

It has the perfect design for manufacturing large wings sheathing, panels, entering edges, fuselage hulls, beams and structural parts for civil construction, hulls and large pieces for vehicles, even for the naval industry.

All teams and equipments are located following the Lean Manufacturing Method, considered a national and international center of excellency in application of manufacturing development.

SUPPORT CENTER

This center stores all the tooling material necessary for manufacturing, final processes and quality testing.

It is conformed for gathering all final operations of the composites parts, with which we improve the Lead Times between operations and we reduce the movement between buildings.

ATL  MANUFACTURING CENTER

Currently in construction and expected to be finished by beginning of 2012. This facilities, located nearby the Jerez airport, will handle large composite structures by using automatic manufacturing methods . This center will use high-technology manufacturing equipment and it will cover all processes offering our clients a full management in every programme hired.
